Some thoughts on happiness....
We all know that happiness is a positive emotion.But , like all other feelings and emotions , it is temporary.You can't force yourself to be happy all the time and that's okay.Most of you might think that "I already know this" and I am sure that you do.But do you actually follow through that thought?
So my point is, it's okay to let other feelings,both which radiate positivity and negativity,into your heart.Positive and negative emotions go side by side.Hence,avoiding negative feelings and emotions is inevitable.So,instead of burying these negative emotions,allow yourself to feel them.If you are really upset about something,have a good cry.Talk to your inner circle of people.Your close friends may or may not be able to think of a solution to your problems,but they will think up of new ways to make you smile.
In the end,its your life,so live it without any regrets or 'what ifs'.If something is making you feel sad or angry,express those emotions.Allow yourself to calm down and then think of the things you can be grateful for.That will for sure bring a smile on your face.
