The fault in our stars book review
This book ,which
is written by John Green, is his no. 1 best-selling novel. The reason why I am
reviewing this book first on my blog is because it is easy to get into this
book (and also because it is one of my favourites). The book is over 300 pages
long which may not be a big deal for readers including myself, but it may seem
intimidating for people who don’t have a habit of reading. In spite of me
knowing this, I request readers as well as non-readers to read my review and
then give the book a try. I am going to be talking about the various components
of this book one by one at a time.
THE COVER-There
are basically many versions of the cover of this romance novel. The most common
one is the one I have put a photo of. All the versions except the movie cover
one are similar ,so it doesn’t really
matter which one is available at your local bookstore.
SUMMARY OF THE PLOT-Okay,
so the first thing you need to know is that the text is typed in a small font
throughout the whole book. But don’t worry though, because it is still clearly
readable. So as I mentioned above, this is a romance novel which is not so
clichéd. It follows the heartbreaking
love story of two cancer patients, Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters. But I am guessing
that most of you guys know this. The thing that I like about the plot is that
it is truly unique and has an epic plot twist.
WARNING- DO
NOT GO TO ANY FAN COMMUNITY OF THIS BOOK AS IT MAY REVEAL THE PLOT TWIST. TRUST
ME ,YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE SPOILERS
BEFORE READING THIS BOOK.
